I love this sweater.  Love it.  Did I mention I love it?  The construction is perfect for summer with a linen/cotton blend on the front and a silk panel on the back, light and breezy.  I could live in this sweater, and I nearly do.  I joke it’s my mullet sweater: business in the front and party in the back!

This is the first year I’m playing a lot with stripes and floral together; something I wouldn’t have done a year ago.  I’m finding that following fellow style bloggers (found here) they individually inspire me to try combinations I never would have attempted; once I see it on someone else I think, why not try it myself?

A while back I posted about an event held at Room Service and that’s when I picked up this stunning vintage Lou Taulor Clutch; it has a built in mirror and I had to have it.

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th Independence Day holiday.  I found some much needed R&R and inspiration to keep me going; not to mention plenty of patios to lounge around on, cheers!
